Mindful Moment Monday:
I think we can all agree that fear, is a state of mind, body & heart that no one escapes. Have you noticed how easily fear comes in the middle of the night? Like an unwelcome thief, it comes slithering through our being, stealing the peace from our half alert minds. The last time this happened to me, I remembered something I heard: A wise sage once said..."what am I unwilling to feel?"
Wow, let our healing continue or begin... What am I unwilling to feel?"
