CBD: Non-psychoactive Health Support

Did you know there are over 400 chemical components found within the Cannabis plant and some of those compounds are NOT psychoactive/create a "high"? Please see the book by Dr. Bonni Goldstein, M.D. titled: Cannabis Revealed, How The world's most misunderstood plant is healing everything from chronic pain to epilepsy.

This video is a straightforward presentation of one woman's experience with CBD oil.
She touches on how CBD differs from full spectrum Cannabis aka preparations containing THC (not to be confused with NONpsychoactive THCA), what she used CBD for and how it influenced her throughout the day. She is not selling a particular product, she tried a number of CBD oils. Using the one she found worked best for her, she describes to you how she integrated it into her daily life including the dose that worked for her.

My interest in all Self Healthcare is to educate and empower us all to take confident ownership of our health and healing. That goal includes shedding light on the healing potential of this incredibly complex, misrepresented and misunderstood plant, Cannabis.
