5th Chakra, Throat
It's important to remember that the 5th Chakra/Throat, is about much, much, more than finding & keeping our voice. The 5th Chakra is an important relay station, between the upper and lower energy centers (& physical systems). It holds on to information from both the upper & lower chakras...for that reason some call it the "Holy grail".
There is a reciprocal influence between the Throat chakra (the structures within & in relationship to the throat), and neighboring physical structures & energy centers & lines. Just like we've talked about the fact that the physical body is an integrated functional unit, the energy system is also an integrated functional unit comprised of much more than 7 energy centers, some say there are more than 100.
SUPER short info relevant to the 5th chakra: The throat digests, so to speak, information flowing down & through it from the chakras above, as well as information flowing UP through it from the chakras below... it "metabolizes" that collection of information which then becomes how we express ourselves in the world:
~ Mentally/cognitively
~ Emotionally
~ Spiritually
~ Physically (think about the structures directly in relationship with the throat and associated anatomy...including the TMJ, Thyroid, Esophagus just to name a few! Think of the nerve roots coming out of the cervical spinal levels of your throat and the structures those nerves connect to causing them to function in healthy ways! Those too would be influenced by energy field blockage in the 5th chakra)
It's really a cool & complex energy hub. That collection of information is multidimensional it includes past, present, physical (including cellular), spiritual, cognitive, emotional etc... From THAT foundation, we integrate information & experiences and move forward into the world expressing ourselves & learning how to apply our will & choices physically, verbally, Spiritually etc.
I hope this was interesting and helpful. I hope this supports you on your continued path to building your personal library for Self Healthcare!
