How to slouch proof your body
Slouching is one of the more health restricting habits of all. So many important structures and functions neurologically, biologically etc...are supported or hindered by our postural habits!
Here's a very short list of why I like & recommend this simple, healthy you building practice:
~ Relief of neck, upper back, and rib joint stiffness (through improving glide of multiple fascia layers, improving fluid exchange and much more)
~ Facilitation of energy flow through central channels, particularly through heart chakra
~ Easing of stagnant energy exchange particularly through out upper body structures
~ Supporting of upper rib & sternum mobility (among other benefits, opening up healthier breathing mechanics),
~ General enhancement of a sense of centering and well being, particularly to those working through the healing of emotional pain/stress
